要想自我介绍成功，首先要清楚面试自我介绍的基本内容，一般包括本人姓名、供职的单位及部门、担负的职务或从事的具体工作等。单位及部门，如可能最好全部报出，具体工作部门有时可以暂不报出；担负的职务或从事的具体工作，有职务最好报出职务，职务较低或者无职务，则可报出目前所从事的具体工作。其次自我介绍时必须掌握好各方面分寸。

1、开场问候

开场问候很重要，它有可能决定整个面试的基调。开场问候是给面试考官的第一印象，从言谈举止到穿着打扮将直接影响到你被录取的机会。进门应该面带微笑，但不要谄媚。话不要多，称呼一声“老师好”就足够，声音要足够洪亮，底气要足，语速自然，总之彬彬有礼而大方得体，不要过分殷勤，也不要拘谨或过分谦让。

2、大方、自信

态度要保持自然、友善、亲切、随和，整体上讲求落落大方，笑容可掬，并且充满信心和勇气，切勿妄自菲薄。要敢于正视对方的双眼，显得胸有成竹，从容不迫。

3、注重体态语言

无意间玩弄衣服钮扣或手帕的一角，将会给人一种长不大的感觉；裙子太短，坐下时怕曝光，而不断地拉群摆，容易让主试者觉得求职者的个性太过于浮躁。所以别穿太短的裙子；放松心情，双脚平放，避免翘脚，以免让主考官产生不端庄的印象；不要频繁看时间，眼睛也不要到处乱瞄，容易让主考官觉得你对任何事都抱持着不信任态度。

4、控制时间

进行自我介绍一定要力求简洁，尽可能地节省时间。通常以2—3分钟左右为佳，如无特殊情况最好不要超过3分钟。为了提高效率，在作自我介绍的同时，可利用名片、介绍信等资料加以辅助。

5、谈话语言

语气自然，语速正常，语音清晰。生硬冷漠的语气、过快过慢的语速，或者含糊不清的语音，都会严重影响求职者的形象。如果声音太小，以致主考官无法听清楚的话，会使人留下一种没自信的印象。

6、实事求是

进行自我介绍时所表述的各项内容，一定要实事求是，真实可信，少用虚词、感叹词之类。过分谦虚，一味贬低自己去讨好别人或者自吹自擂，夸大其词，都是不足取的。

7、突出优点

要突出个人的优点和特长，并要有相当的可信度。特别是具有实际管理经验的要突出自己在管理方面的优势，最好是通过自己做过什么项目这样的方式来验证一下

8、展示个性

使个人形象鲜明，给考官留下深刻印象，可以适当引用别人的言论，如老师、朋友等的评论来支持自己的描述，但切勿展示一些非主流个性，否则适得其反。

9、符合常规

介绍时应层次分明、重点突出，合理有序地使自己的优势很自然地逐步显露，不要一上来就急于罗列自己的优点。
